First real track workout in a few years. 2.25mi warmup and cool down run to and from track. 800's with 1:00-1:15 rest in between. Thought I did 8 repeats but looking at the watch afterwards, apparently I did 9. Hard to give it everything in the ridiculous humidity and also didn't want to risk blowing up and not finishing the workout. Overall, felt alright.
