2nd track workout. 2.5mi easy warmup to track. 8x400m w/ 55-60sec recovery in between.
1:21, 1:17, 1:14, 1:12, 1:11, 1:12, 1:12, 1:10.
3.5mi easy cool down run home from track. Felt a little better than Weds track workout but still super humid and hot. Wanted to tack some 200's on to the end but didn't have the legs.
