Sprint workout w/ Eric, Jay, Lib, & Doug.  .25mi warmup, followed by 50m-100m-200m-400m sprints w/ equal length recovery jog/walk.  5min break, followed by 12x200m w/ 2min easy jog/walk full recovery.
