2.5mi warmup to track. 8x800m w/ 1min stationary rests in between. 3.1mi cooldown afterward. Still hot and extremely humid. Wore Brooks ST 5's for first time. Like 'em but maybe a little too much shoe for intervals, we'll see. Felt sluggish compared to last 800 workout, so was a little surprised w/ times. Felt sick during/after last two.
